a handful of organic red currants
1/2 handful of fresh organic cranberries
3 organic sweet Golden apples
1 organic Bosc pear
1 tbs. organic raw honey (optional)
1 inch grated ginger root
1 pinch cinnamon shavings or powder (optional)
Preparation: juice all the fruits using a juicer, then transfer to a blender and mix at high speed with ginger, honey and cinnamon. There is a wonderful balance between the sour and sweet tastes with a touch of spiciness from the ginger root! Serve with ice cubes and a fresh mint leaf and a tiny branch of currants!
